Current Issues...
New Beginnings
As you know, we have registered a company in Mauritius, called Service d'Instruction et Mobilisation. The vision of this company is to see pastors and church leaders equipped for their ministries. Even though we want to maintain a high standard, our focus in rather on competence in ministry.
Pieter started to work through the registration with the MQA (Mauritius Qualifications Authority), as all training institutions must be registered with them. This is quite a process, and takes at least three months to complete.
WORK PERMIT
Pieter's Occupation Permit and the family's residence permits finally came through. It was perfect timing, as our return tickets was booked for 29 October and our business visas expired on 31 October. We just ignored the return tickets and waited... Finally our permits came early November. When we picked it up, we saw that it was actually issued on 30 October! Praise the Lord for this.
