New Beginnings
As you know, we have registered a company in Mauritius, called Service d'Instruction et Mobilisation. The vision of this company is to see pastors and church leaders equipped for their ministries. Even though we want to maintain a high standard, our focus in rather on competence in ministry.
Pieter started to work through the registration with the MQA (Mauritius Qualifications Authority), as all training institutions must be registered with them. This is quite a process, and takes at least three months to complete.
WORK PERMIT
We are currently in Mauritius on a business visa, but applied for an Occupation permit on Friday, 24 October. This is a three-year permit that is renewable. Our agent sent us a message to say that the permit might be ready by Friday, 31 October.
