Mission

Service d'Instruction et Mobilisation exists because of God's general call to teach the flock; His personal call in our lives to this effect; and the needs in Mauritius.

Vision

Our vision is threefold:

* To teach pastors and leaders for competence in their ministries so that they may engage in a teaching ministry themselves.

* To establish and manage a personal evangelism program in churches nationwide.

* To develop Christian material to be used on all levels of Christian ministry in Mauritius.

Strategy

The above threefold vision will be accomplished through:

* Relevant subjects taught to pastors and leaders in seminars and short courses.

* Personal Evangelism taught in two formats: for adults and children's workers.

* The first resource will be a hermeneutics manual, which will be completed by the end of March 2009.
